Farfetch has partnered with AI-powered visual search tool Syte to bridge offline inspiration with online shopping on the platform. Customers can interact with style inspiration they come across in their lives from social media, their friends, or bloggers and upload images into the app, which analyses the images and recommends similar items available on Farfetch. This new technology is integrated in Farfetch’s iOS as part of the company’s effort to provide better customer experience.
